  • Booking Policy

    To book with Kyle Farr, DNP, NP-C or Rachel Thivierge at Kyle Farr Aesthetics, please select your service below.

    If booking dermal filler and tox please only book the dermal filler appointment; we will be able to accommodate the timing of both treatments during your visit.

  • Appointment Confirmation Policy

    A valid credit card is required for booking all appointments. Once you book online our dedicated team will confirm and accept your appointment in our system. Please allow up to one business day for your appointment confirmation.

  • Cancellation Policy

    To ensure efficient scheduling and show respect for our providers' time, Kyle Farr Aesthetics enforces a 48-hour Cancellation & No-Call/No-Show Policy. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, or fail to show up without notifying us, a $150 fee will be charged to the card you used for booking, unless stated otherwise.


    If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it may need to be rescheduled so as not to impact other patients' or clients' times. The Cancellation Policy fee would apply. 


    In the event of an unforeseen emergency where there is no record of previous late changes, we may consider utilizing all or a portion of the fee towards your next service at our discretion. This policy allows us to maintain a high level of service for all our clients and providers.

  • Refunds Policy

    All sales of medical aesthetic or spa services and products are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered or products purchased. Should you encounter a manufacturing defect in the product received, please contact the manufacturer or our office to explore replacement options. Please note that used products cannot be returned. Refunds, if applicable, are only provided for medical aesthetic or spa services that have been purchased but not yet performed, and the request must be made within 30 days of the original payment. After this period, payments are non-refundable, but may be converted into spa credit. Any refund request for a service deposit/payment will result in the immediate cancellation of the associated appointment.


    Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Deposit Policy

    Certain services may necessitate deposits. Should there be two consecutive cancellations and/or instances of no-show, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
